Making a Booking

All bookings must be made through our Head Professional (via the email and phone number above).

You will find details of our rates and menu options in our Information Pack which is available to download.

The cost of your golf and catering package must be agreed with the Head Professional. Specific dietary or menu choices can be discussed with the Head of Bar and Catering but all pricing is agreed through the Pro Shop.

If you require other services such as nearest the pins, longest drive, prize table, half way house refreshments etc. this can be arranged through the Pro Shop and the cost built into your package. Buggies or trolleys may be reserved through the Pro Shop and must be paid for on the day.

Once agreed we will send a provisional confirmation and request that you complete the booking form and pay a deposit of £20 per head (minimum of £200). Please read the Terms and Conditions.

All booking forms must be completed and returned with the deposit to secure the booking. Your booking will be held for 14 days prior to us receiving this. Please read the Terms and Conditions when you complete the form.

Once we receive your booking form and deposit full details of the booking and confirmation will be sent to you.

• Please note that any visitor requiring the use of a Buggy, must read the Buggy Policy and submit a signed Buggy Safety Policy Acknowledgement Form prior to play.

Menu Options

Our comprehensive menu choices have been designed to offer your party the widest possible choice of home made fresh food considered to suit all tastes and affording the opportunity to round off a good day's golf. You may mix and match any combination of 2 course or 3 course menu. If you would like to order breakfast or lunch those options are also included.

Please note that the menu finally chosen will be for the whole party, individual choices cannot be accommodated, however special consideration will be given to persons who, by necessity, require certain dietary foods, please contact the Head of Bar and Catering to discuss alternatives. Vegetarian options can also be arranged.

To facilitate the provision and allow for the adequate staffing we seek the co-operation of the organisers in contacting the Pro Shop seven days prior to your visit at which time your requirements can be confirmed and any queries answered. 

Meals can either be served in our main dining room or for smaller groups in the lounge bar if preferred.
